Les Eurockéennes takes place in Belfort, France. Roughly translating/a play on words as 'European Rock', the festival has been running since 1989 and takes place on the peninsula of Lake Malsaucy (10 km from Belfort). There's a campsite 3 km away from the arena with a shuttle bus that transports festival-goers in between the two.

Historically, the festival has seen massive names such as Bob Dylan, Rage Against the Machine, Blur, Paul Weller, David Bowie, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, Smashing Pumpkins, Chemical Brothers, The Prodigy, Pulp, Metallica, Muse, Arcade Fire, Queens of the Stone Age, The Hives, Marilyn Manson, Wu-tang Clan, Amy Winehouse, and Editors. So... a pretty varied line-up with a bit of everything. There are a number of different stages so you're bound to find something you like.

If this appeals to you, check out some of the links on the left for more information on the festival. Also, check out the official site for Les Eurockéennes and have a look at the forum to see what people have been saying about the festival and to post your questions. Remember... check back for line-up/ticket updates etc.
